In the room called „LA ZIRAIA“ there are more than ten antique jars or „Zire“which
equip the storeroom and are still in use for being filled and for natural decanting.

The Frantoio Mancianti has at its disposal a special „TAPPO DOP“ (stopper/cork) which was created by Alfredo Mancianti to optimize the use and the consumption of the olive oil. It guarantees simple application of the bottle and allows a perfect function.
